2. Pricing and currency
The actual price and payment currency are EUR. Any USD amount shown on the website is provided only to make the price easier to view and is not the billing currency. Third-party fees, paid licences, domains, hosting, taxes, or other external costs are separate unless they are expressly included in writing.
3. Project start and client information
Work can begin after payment is confirmed and Blyfa has received the information, content, access, and approvals reasonably required for the project. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information and for having the right to supply any content, logos, images, data, or account access you provide.
4. Revisions and additional work
Revisions are limited to the allowance included in the selected plan or written proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and approval before additional work begins.
5. Third-party services
Some projects may use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting, booking tools, payment services, analytics, or other external services. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are controlled by their respective providers.
6. Timelines and approvals
Any project timeline depends on timely client feedback, content, access, and approvals. Delays in receiving required material or decisions may move the delivery schedule.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel, contact Blyfa as soon as possible. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the work already completed, non-recoverable third-party costs, the agreed scope, and applicable law.
8. Website and SEO outcomes
Blyfa will perform the agreed services with reasonable care. Specific commercial results, search rankings, traffic levels, sales, enquiries, or third-party platform outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included in the agreement.
9. Privacy and order records
Information submitted during checkout is used to process and manage your order, communicate with you, and maintain appropriate transaction records.
10. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and continuing, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms & Conditions and agree that they apply to this order, together with any written proposal or scope agreed for your project.
